Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Kellogg's Crispix
1 cup mini pretzels
1/2 cup reduced-fat Wheat Thins
1 cup reduced-fat Cheez-It (or try hot & spicy)
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Combine margarine and seasonings; drizzle over cereal mixture, tossing to coat. Spread mixture onto a large cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 250º for 30 minutes or until crisp, stirring twice.
Makes 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup)
