Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeastern Ohio, Inc. Awards Grant to Camp Ho Mita Koda

Campers are enjoying an expanded sports program this year thanks to a $5,935 grant from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeastern Ohio, Inc. Grant funds have enabled the camp to offer more sports programs and purchase new equipment for archery,basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, lacrosse, pin dodgeball, pool activities, tennis softball, and tetherball. Grant funds also were used to purchase additional storage to ensure longevity of the equipment. Special thanks to McDonald’s Owner/Operator Allen D. Smith, owner of several McDonald’s restaurants in Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties, for endorsing this grant on behalf of Camp Ho Mita Koda.
