Required Forms/Important Information
Parents of registered campers will receive a camp handbook in the spring of 2010 with detailed information about camp, including the items below.
Required Forms
- Physician Form (102 KB Acrobat .PDF file)
This form is required for all campers, new and returning. It must be completed in its entirety and signed by a licensed physician. This form may be completed and signed up to 6 months prior to your child arriving at camp. Please bring this form with you to check-in on the first day of your child’s camp session; do not mail it to camp. Campers will not be permitted to remain at camp without this completed and signed form. Forms cannot be completed at camp or during the check-in process. Clothing items will not be available for sale at Camp. You may pre-order camp logo clothing. To pre-order camp logo clothing (t-shirt, sweatshirt, long sleeve t-shirt, and "ringer" t-shirt), in youth and adult sizes, click on the link above for an order form.

- Check In Procedures:
New: Every camp session begins on a Sunday afternoon with a formal check-in process. The check-in process has been modified for the 2010 camp season with the intent of making the process quicker and more efficient. Please note the following changes for check-in:
Girl Campers: Check in for girl campers will begin at 1:00 PM.
Boy Campers: Check-in for boy campers will begin at 2:30 PM.
- Check Out Procedures:
Parents should arrive at Camp between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM on the last night of their child’s camp session. The campfire will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
