Camp registration can be completed online or by mail.

Online registration - the preferred method for registration - is the easiest, most efficient way to register for camp. Online registration includes links to all of the required forms, including a campership form, medical history form, camp clothing order form, and horseback riding registration form. These forms can also be accessed on the "Required Forms/Important Information" link to the left.

Mail Registration

To register by mail, please call the Camp Manager at 216-591-0800 to request a paper application. Completed paper applications and $25 registration fee (checks, money order, or credit card) should be returned to Camp Ho Mita Koda, c/o Camp Manager, 3601 S. Green Rd. Suite 100, Cleveland, OH 44122.
