Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
5 teaspoons Splenda
1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
Instructions:
Combine milk powder, cocoa, and Splenda in medium bowl. Stir in pineapple until well combined. Spray a light coating of cooking spray into ice cube trays, pour in mix and freeze three hours or until firm.
