Home Savings Charitable Foundation Donates Funds to Improve Camp Facility
The Home Savings Charitable Foundation has donated $10,000 to Camp Ho Mita Koda over the past two years to fund much-needed improvements to the camp’s facility. The brand-new dock at Founder’s Lake is thanks to Home Savings’ generous contribution in 2006. This year, the Foundation helped fund the conversion of a large portion of the camp to natural gas from propane and heating oil which will save money on fuel costs that can be spent for camper programs. Special thanks also to The Britton Fund and Steve Gerbasi of Cleveland Industrial for making this conversion possible.
