Cucumber Onion Salad

Ingredients:

2½ cups of thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers
½ cup thinly sliced onions
1/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1/3 cup white vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place cucumbers and onions in a non-metallic, medium bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir occasionally.

Makes 6 servings (1 serving = ½ cup)
